Rates for our St. John vacation condos at  Lavender Hill Suites are quoted on a per night basis.

We offer 1 bedroom and 2 story, 2 bedroom, 2 bath units at Lavender Hill locted in Cruz Bay, St. John

• One-bedroom vacation condo rate is based on two-person occupancy.
  • Units 1W, 2W, 5W, 7E, 8E, 10E and 11E are our standard 1 bedroom units.
• Two-bedroom vacation condo rate is based on four-person occupancy.
  • Units 6W and 12E are our standard 2 story, 2 bedroom, 2 bath units.
  • 3W and 9E are our Premier Units - 2 bedroom, 2 bath, top floor units with large wrap around balconies and private upstairs sun decks.
• Rates for additional persons are available on request. With prior approval, maximum occupancy in a 2-bedroom is 6 persons, and a 1 - bedroom is 4 persons.
• Children 4 and under are not permitted.
• Check-in is at 3:00 p.m. and check-out is at 10:00 a.m., which is customary at St. John hotels and resorts
• PLEASE NOTE: ALL units are NON-smoking

Additional Costs

• 10% Government Hotel Tax
• 3% administration charge if reservation is not paid in full at time of booking (no administration charge for reservations made by check)
• For stays of 5 nights or less, add an additional fee of $75 to the rental of a one-bedroom unit or $125 to the rental of a two-bedroom unit

Reservation Requirements

• A 50% deposit is required to secure the reservation.
• The remainder is due 30 days (60 days for Christmas reservations) prior to arrival. Partial refunds are not available for early departures.
• Payments may be made by personal checks, business checks, travelers cheques, Visa or MasterCard.
• All Guests will be asked to review, sign and return our Rental Agreement to our office.
• Cancellation notices received 30 days or more prior to scheduled arrival (60 days for Christmas reservations) will result in a refund of your deposit, less 5% of the total (additional fees may apply). Otherwise the deposit is not refundable.
